Definitely! Not only are you free to create your own menu, we can personalise it for you down to the tiniest detail such as operating hours, preorder times, exclusive discounts, etc.

Of course. Need assistance in pricing? We got you. Our team will work with you to figure out a pricing strategy that works for your business goals and customers.

How much does it cost to set up on Hawkr?
You do not have to pay anything upfront. In other words, we are not charging any sort of registration or subscription fee to be on our platform.
How much support do merchants get?
We have a team working 24/7 to answer any questions you might have if you run into any issues at any point of your business. To sum up, you take care of the cooking, let us worry about everything else that typically goes into running a food business.
We also assign one point-of-contact to each merchant to accommodate their needs. Our merchant platform is designed to be flexible and convenient. Need to take a day off? Need to add menu items? Most changes can be made within the same day.
What services and features does Hawkr offer?
Hawkr launched in February 2021. Ever since, we are working hard to add more services and features as we grow. Currently, we offer services such as but not limited to:
branding strategy (logo design, brand image), marketing (social media, paid advertisements, email blast, marketing analytics), menu creation, pricing strategy, ingredient sourcing, delivery support, customer service, automatic payments, analytics report on sales, merchant profile traffic, abandoned carts, and more!

Do I have to use all services provided to Hawkr merchants?
Absolutely not! We can be as hands-on or as hands-off as you like.
Are there any requirements that prospective home cooks must meet?
Home cooks are responsible for obtaining a food handler certificate from a reputable organisation approved by KKM. If you do not have one yet, our team will be more than happy to guide you through the process.
Do I have to deliver the orders myself?
This is up to you. Many of our existing merchants run a family business where one person does the cooking and one person does the deliveries. However, you may also use our partner's delivery services at any point.
