For now, we only accept debit and credit card payments. Rest assured, all card payments are safe and secure with SSL encryption technology powered by Stripe (stripe.com). In the near future, we have plans to partner with leading e-wallets to expand payment options for our valued customers.

Absolutely. Hawkr is proud to host talented home cooks. We believe you don't need the fanciest kitchen or Michelin stars to cook great food. Whether it's as fancy as fresh handmade pasta or as simple as a comforting meal, our merchants can do it all from the comfort of their home kitchens.

Hawkr merchants work in a simple home kitchen (just like the one you have at home!). This means they are limited by several factors such as logistics and labour. More importantly, most merchants require a 1-day preorder because only the highest quality meals get delivered to you. A high degree of customisation can also be requested when ordering. However, supporting our merchants in a way that can allow for on-demand orders is definitely part of our roadmap.
